In these playful flowing classes, allow Roo to guide you through mindful movement, working alongside your body and your breath. We start simple, and then build from there, layering knowledge and technique to release your physical prowess, accessing more and more advanced asana (postures) including arm balances, inversions, and backbends.
With a core-centred focus throughout her training, Roo will keep you safe and secure on the mat, while inviting you to go deeper into your practise. Challenge yourself and get stronger.
